融合部·英文班學(xué)期末總結(jié)與未來展望

暑假來臨之際，成都美視學(xué)校融合部·英文班的家長們與學(xué)校管理團(tuán)隊(duì)聚集在一起，回顧這一學(xué)年孩子成長的足跡，賞析一路留下的風(fēng)景。

As the summer holidays approached, parents of Chengdu Meishi International School, Integrated Program, English class gathered with the school leadership team to look back on their children's growth this school year and to appreciate the scenery left behind along the way.

面對多元化的時(shí)代，我們不僅要求孩子在知識方面取得優(yōu)異成績，同時(shí)也要求孩子們具有創(chuàng)新精神，帶著好奇心去探索這個(gè)世界。所以，秉承IB教育理念，本學(xué)年在課程主任Mr.Tim 的指引下，我們注重培養(yǎng)孩子們的創(chuàng)新思維、交流與社交技能。在UOI探究課程中，我們鼓勵(lì)孩子們提出自己的想法和解決問題的方法，并與同學(xué)們展開合作和討論。通過課堂上的互動和合作，孩子們學(xué)會尊重他人的觀點(diǎn)，并發(fā)展自己的創(chuàng)新思維和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力。同時(shí)對過去一年我們努力踐行的Guided Reading 與合作備課做出了高度的評價(jià)，孩子們在知識技能方面也取得了很大的進(jìn)步。

In an era of diversity, children are not only expected to excel in knowledge, but also to be creative and explore the world with a sense of wonder. Therefore, in line with the IB education philosophy, this academic year we have focused on developing creative thinking, communication and social skills under the guidance of our Programme Academic Director Mr. Tim. In the UOI section, children are encouraged to come up with their own ideas and solutions to problems, and to collaborate and discuss with their classmates. Through interaction and collaboration in the classroom, students learn to respect the views of others and develop their own creative thinking and teamwork skills. They have also made great progress in their knowledge and skills through the Guided Reading and collaborative lesson planning that we have been practising over the past year.

此外，我們還積極開展家校學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)的活動。本學(xué)年為了給孩子提供可展示的平臺，我們開展了萬圣節(jié)，主題集會，讀書周，科學(xué)日，跨文化日等活動。同時(shí)，為了讓孩子身心健康地發(fā)展，我們以IB概念驅(qū)動來開展探究式的家長工作坊，家長們在工作坊里暢所欲言，都成為善于表達(dá)、善于思考的學(xué)習(xí)者，充分體現(xiàn)了IB教育終身學(xué)習(xí)者的特點(diǎn)，同時(shí)為孩子們筑造了和諧，安全的家校學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。

In addition, we are active in our home school learning community. This school year we have had Halloween, Assemblies, Literacy week, Math&Science Fair and Intercultural Day in order to provide a platform for children to showcase their skills. In addition, in order to help our children develop physically and mentally, we have been conducting IB concept-driven inquiry-based parent workshops where parents speak up and become articulate and reflective learners, fully reflecting the lifelong learners of IB education and creating a harmonious and safe home-school learning environment for the children.

過去的成功將會帶來更美好的未來。面對未來國際教育的各種挑戰(zhàn)，融合部英文班已經(jīng)做好充分準(zhǔn)備。IB教育顧問蔚博士與協(xié)調(diào)員劉靜老師以及校長們花費(fèi)了一個(gè)月的時(shí)間進(jìn)行課程研究，通過總結(jié)和展望未來的會議，劉靜老師詳細(xì)介紹了未來課程的調(diào)整計(jì)劃。副校長李承也對數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科的強(qiáng)基方案進(jìn)行了解釋。

The successes of the past will lead to a brighter future. The PSP·English Class at Meishi are well prepared for the challenges of international education in the future, and the IB Education Advisor Dr. Wei and our Coordinator, Ms. Monica, and the Principals spent a month working on the curriculum. Vice Principal Mr.Li also explained the strong foundation programme for the subject of Mathematics.

最后，在張校長的高度總結(jié)下，會議圓滿結(jié)束，給家長們留了深刻的印象和意猶未盡的感受。美視英文班相信通過持續(xù)的努力和準(zhǔn)備，我們將迎接更加光明的未來。

Finally, the orientation ended successfully with a high level summary by Principal Mr. Miles, leaving parents with a deep impression and unfulfilled feelings. Meishi PSP English Class believes that through continued hard work and preparation, we will welcome an even brighter future.

在新的學(xué)年中，我們相信孩子們將繼續(xù)在學(xué)習(xí)中進(jìn)步，成為富有創(chuàng)造力、有責(zé)任感、具有國際視野的全面發(fā)展的學(xué)生。我們將不忘初心，行志遠(yuǎn)，與孩子勇作為，共同打造一個(gè)更美好的教育環(huán)境。

In the new academic year, we believe that our children will continue to progress in their studies and become creative, responsible and well-rounded students with an international outlook. We will continue to work with our children to create a better educational environment.
